Would definitely recommend
Very friendly and welcoming. Very nice room. Excellent breakfast. Everything worked fine (wi-fi, hot water, TV etc.) Also, there is a small kitchen with microwave and fridge, and a small communal lounge area - which partly bridges the gap between a B&B and a cottage rental. Now top of our list for B&B in the area.

This is a first class hotel. Situated right next to the Lotus factory.It is clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfasts are superb with plenty of choices. Rooms are nicely decorated and well stocked. Thank you we will back.

Comfortable, spotless well-appointed bedroom. Good breakfast. Highly recommended. One suggestion would be for some decaf tea in the room.

A very good value guest house.
The Old Thorn Barn was an excellent discovery that catered well for our needs during a recent short visit to the area & neither of us would hesitate to book into this well run establishment again. The only very minor niggles were a powerful dose of room freshener following house keeping & some difficulty in dragging a heavy suitcase over a gravel driveway.

Warm welcome. Superb location and very peaceful. Lots of choice for breakfast. Eight cereals from which to choose or porridge. Aga cooked full English breakfast cooked to order, very delicious.

Perfect
We stayed at the Old Thorn Barn for 2 nights and were greeted by the very welcoming host after a very long drive. Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was top notch, the owner clearly takes pride in running this accommodation.

Outstanding Place to Stay
Once again Danny has proved to be the perfect host. The Old Thorn Barn is tastefully decorated throughout, impeccably clean and so welcoming. Despite being a single traveller Danny gave me a doble room as there is more space. My delicious Breakfast was fresh cooked and piping hot each morning and set me up for the day. I will be returning there in 2 weeks time. The Old Thorn Barn is always my preferred choice of accommodation when I am visiting the area Many thanks Danny

Very good, excellent freshly prepared breakfasts
Our third or fourth time staying here. Great location for Lotus Hethel factory site and Norfolk touring. Danny made us feel welcome again. Rooms are comfortable, great breakfasts. Good off road parking. Would stay again if in the area.
